FRIENDS! And whoever is reading this, THE BOOK OF MORMON IS TRUE READ IT!

Anyway your friend, "Elder Bojack", as the Chileans say, is now in El Salvador. Salvador is amazing, the city was built by gringos and the streets are huge. Everyone here works for the mining company so there aren't that many people in the streets. I think this is the closest I will get to serving in the states. We have a Branch here in Slavador of about 20. They are awesome. Right now my companion and I practically live in the church. Our pension is a little house on the side of the church. It is a dream. We are the first Elders to be in Salvador for the past 3 years, so the people aren't exactly accustomed to us yet. Meaning we run into some awkward situations. Background: a normal greeting in Chile between males and females is a hug, or handshake, followed by a kiss on the cheek. The sisters before us would use this greeting with all the other sisters of the branch and the investigators. Now that we are here, the people greet the same. Needless to say we have received some awkward kisses this week.

The Book of Mormon is the greatest thing ever. This week my testimony has been immensely strengthened of the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon holds this entire gospel together. Without it we would have no religion. This Book can testify, answer questions and doubts, give comfort, and heal. In order to have a testimony of this church and its divinity, we need to read the Book of Mormon and ask God if it is true. I invite all to read it. If you have already read it again. Follow the promise of Moroni in Moroni 10: 4-5. I promise the same. The church is true the book is blue. Read it, ponder and pray about it, and apply it. Your life will be changed if you do so, mine has and so has the lives of those we teach.

Love you!

Elder Boyack!
